Adoption Fee Includes Typical Value

• One Month Trial of insurance coverage; (Accident and known as Peril infection Coverage) – 30-days free of charge to adopters.
• Adopters must register internet based or via phone within 1 week or adoption.
• Payment information should be supplied during registration (adopter must integrate charge card information – ADOPTER WILL NEVER BE BILLED FOR FIRST 30 DAYS).
• At the conclusion of 1st one month Trail, the 12 month plan will stay immediately unless cancelled.
• $1, 500 of protection per yearly term, available for accidents and specified conditions throughout the trial duration.
• One time deductible of $100 per plan term.
• 20per cent co-pay relates to all qualified claim reimbursement
