Rescue dogs Tampa FL

We are a 501c3 not for profit rescue devoted to rescuing shelter animals, including those that are injured and sick. We started rescuing primarily large breed dogs, especially black dogs. We have expanded our helping hands to little dogs and the occasional cat. The animals in our care have their medical needs attended to prior to placement. All animals are spayed / neutered, dewormed and vaccinated. An assessment of their temperament has been done in a foster home environment for most of our placements. We would love to discuss any of our fosters with you to determine whether or not they might fit into your family and home. We try to find the best match for you and your family with the hopes of a forever home being found.

Adopting a friend

We do have an adoption application that we can forward to you after the initial screening process. Please realize that you are not purchasing a pet. Your adoption donation assists in pulling animals from shelters, boarding, transporting, feeding, housing, preventive care and attending to their medical and surgical needs prior to placement.

Come Visit Us!

We do not have a discrete shelter. All of our foster animals are in foster homes with individual families. We can arrange a time and place to meet if you are interested in one of our fosters.
